Kevin is a professional with over 15 years of collective experience in the IT industry, with most all major industry certifications.
He got his start back in college when he found that he had developed an interest in technology. He has worked in many roles, starting as an entry level help desk representative and working his way up to his current role as business owner / consultant and part of a worldwide technology franchise network.
He has worked for many different organizations ranging in size from 10 to 5000 employees, so an intimate knowledge of the different levels of support / technology needs has been learned. In his current position, he seeks to bring his expertise to the SMB market and help them understand the role technology plays and how it can help them become more profitable and achieve better success in their business, while being backed by the support from our 450 plus locations.
